Welcome to the Saratoga Springs City School District!

UPK registrations will open on April 1st, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

All student registration is done online through our secure, easy to use SchoolTool Portal.  

Before you begin the registration process, please gather the following documents, and scan them to your device so you can upload them during the online registration process. 

1.) Proof of date of birth: Please provide your child’s original birth certificate. 
If your child’s birth certificate is unavailable one of the following can be used for identification: passport or certified record of baptism. 

2.) Two proofs of residency: https://www.saratogaschools.org/about-us/student-registration/required-documents/ 

3.) Parent/Guardian Photo Identification 

4.) Official Student Immunization Record, and most recent physical 

5.) Custody Papers (if applicable). Must be a signed copy

2025 - 2026 Registration

Kindergarten registration opens January 13th, 2025

Registration by last name timeline:

A - C  January 13th - February 2nd

D - H February 3rd - February 23rd

I - M February 264h - March 16th

N - S March 17th - April 6th

T - Z April 7th - April 27th

Kindergarten Screening will be held in June.
