Welcome to the Saratoga Springs City School District!

All student registration is done online through our secure, easy to use SchoolTool Portal.  

Before you begin the registration process, please gather the following documents, and scan them to your device so you can upload them during the online registration process. 

1.) Proof of date of birth: Please provide your child’s original birth certificate. 
If your child’s birth certificate is unavailable one of the following can be used for identification: passport or certified record of baptism. 

2.) Two proofs of residency: https://www.saratogaschools.org/about-us/student-registration/required-documents/ 

3.) Parent/Guardian Photo Identification (2 Forms)

4.) Official Student Immunization Record, and most recent physical 

5.) Custody Papers (if applicable). Must be a signed copy

UPK classrooms for 2023- 2024 school year are full. You may fill out a registration to be placed on the waiting list.

2024 - 2025 Registration

Kindergarten registration opens January 15th, 2024

Registration by last name timeline:

A - C  January 15th - February 4th

D - H February 5th - February 25th

I - M February 26th - March 17th

N - S March 18th - April 7th

T - Z April 8th - April 30th

Kindergarten Screening will be held in June. 

UPK Applications for 2024 - 2025 opens on January 15th and closes April 30th for the lottery.
