All student registration is done online through our secure, easy to use SchoolTool Portal. Before you begin the registration process, please gather the following documents, and scan them to your device so you can upload them during the online registration process. 1.) Proof of date of birth: Please provide your child’s original birth certificate.
If your child’s birth certificate is unavailable one of the following can be used for identification: passport or certified record of baptism. 2.) Two proofs of residency: https://www.saratogaschools.org/about-us/student-registration/required-documents/ 3.) Parent/Guardian Photo Identification 4.) Official Student Immunization Record, and most recent physical 5.) Custody Papers (if applicable). Must be a signed copy If you have questions, please use the Student Registration Instructions Documents or contact the Registrar's office at (518) 583-4789. 2026 - 2027 Registration Kindergarten registration opens January 12th, 2026 Registration by last name timeline: A - D January 12th - February 1st E - J February 2nd - February 22nd K - M February 23rd - March 15th N - R March 16th - April 5th S - Z April 6th - April 26th Kindergarten Screening will be held in June.
